If you look for numbers and proofs behind everything, you will forever be limited. Many of the greatest inventions, discoveries and studies began in the land of intuition or dreams. Be humble enough to accept that science doesn’t have all the answers. There’s a long way to go.

The idea is the easiest part of the creation process. Refining & executing the idea is the hard part. The difference btwn those who create useful things and those who don't, is that the former knows you need user feedback to "perfect" something. So, they launch b4 it's perfect.

Highs that don’t lead to subsequent lows: • Meditation, gratitude, prayer, journaling, unconditional love. • Yoga, exercise, play, nature walks. • Creating art, reading for fun, singing, poetry. • Practicing a craft, pursuing curiosity, work done for its own sake, flow.

The less scheduled you are, the more creative you’re going to be.
